• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to resort standards and protocols.
• Promote the resort's amenities and services, enhancing the guest's stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with resort operations, including housekeeping, dining, and event management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
