📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with business goals
• Analyze employee performance data to identify training needs and develop customized learning paths
• Create and deliver engaging training materials using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs meet organizational objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR development
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to employee development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development, training, or a related role
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of learning and development theories and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certifications in HR development or related fields are a plus
