📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Providing medication counseling and education to patients, helping them understand their treatments and achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Monitoring and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, including those related to medication safety and patient confidentiality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, promoting a safe and efficient workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid pharmacy license from the Indonesian Pharmacy Board.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as Medisys or EMR systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
