You'll work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial records, and support our accounts payable and receivable functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and customer statement generation.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support for accounts-related issues.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
Participate in audits and internal reviews as needed.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
