📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
