📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in implementing promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive store performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Store Manager and higher management.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant store manager role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
