PT Fajar Anugerah is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our banquet services run smoothly and that our guests have an enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth banquet operations.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet facilities after the event.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
