As a Certified Aircon Technician at Weathertech, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools and software, including but not limited to, refrigerant recovery machines, multi-meters, and digital diagnostic systems. This role offers a competitive salary of PHP 22000 - 25000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems, including split systems, window units, and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure new air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use refrigerant recovery machines and multi-meters to handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct energy efficiency audits and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, including pre-service inspections, post-service follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Aircon Technician (NC III - TESDA) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successful repairs and maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
