📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the HP Financing business, setting and achieving sales targets.
• Oversee customer acquisition, credit assessment, loan processing, and collection.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending, preferably in HP Financing.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
