📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with government regulations, trade laws, and international standards.
• Analyze and report on export-import performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address any issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export-import transactions.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on export-import processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using export-import software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid export-import license or certification is a plus.
