📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to support the company's growth.,Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.
