📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
