📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office administration tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Assist in the organization and implementation of office policies and procedures.,Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.,Support HR in recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to office operations.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.,Provide general support to the HR team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
