📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
