📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out patients and visitors, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle front desk transactions, including payment processing and billing inquiries.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including supplies and equipment.,Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus.
