📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Lead HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction industry HR practices is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
