📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
  • Plan and organize kitchen schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared according to recipe specifications and quality standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
