📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment in the production line.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of production processes.,Train and mentor junior machine operators.,Monitor and maintain machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Maintain accurate records of production output and machinery performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of leading and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.,Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and improvement processes.
