📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create and distribute engaging content on social media platforms to reach and engage with our target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the heavy equipment rental industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital advertising.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
