📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the schedules of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle patient inquiries and ensure they receive the best possible service.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.,Ensure the health center is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare operations management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using healthcare management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
