You will oversee the work of contractors, manage project timelines, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.,Manage and mentor a team of construction workers.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.,Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design and construction plans are aligned.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
