📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training requirements and provide solutions.,Monitor the progress of training initiatives and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a remote setting.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
