You will work closely with faculty, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality learning materials that meet the needs of our diverse student population. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective digital learning experiences and curriculum for Metropolitan College's students,Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality learning materials,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to inform the design of learning experiences,Create and maintain learning management system (LMS) content and courses,Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning experiences and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and digital learning,Mentor and coach junior instructional designers and other team members,Contribute to the development and implementation of Metropolitan College's strategic plan for digital learning and curriculum development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field,5+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or curriculum development,Proven track record of success in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas,Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia,Strong project management and organizational skills,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Passion for education and a commitment to student success
