📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance company performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff members to develop their operational skills.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
