📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store sales and prepare regular reports for management.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
