📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.
