📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the probiotic market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote Yakult products through various channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Knowledge of the probiotic market and Yakult products is an advantage.
