📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and assemble cold dishes, appetizers, and other cold components according to recipes and standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of cold storage areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and customer demands.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the quality and variety of our cold dishes.
• Ensure all prepared items are presented neatly and attractively for service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including refrigerators, freezers, and display units.
• Creative and attentive to detail, with a passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
