📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and facilities engineering.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
