📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Lead financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform financial decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO position.
Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
