📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and coordinate civil and structural works for the hotel refurbishment project.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Manage and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on-site.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
