📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line support to enterprise clients, addressing their technical and operational issues promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve our enterprise support processes.,Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Stripe's enterprise products and services.,Create and deliver training materials to educate clients and internal teams on best practices and new features.,Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,3-5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role in a high-tech environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Stripe's products and services is a plus.,Knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS platforms is beneficial.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
