📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and compliance with labor laws.
• Learn and implement HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.
• Gain exposure to various HR tools and software, and develop skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the company’s culture by being proactive, adaptable, and a team player.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or have completed a relevant degree.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
