📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons using the AGTC curriculum.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the needs and abilities of our students.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to students, both in and out of the classroom.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies in Japanese language education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or related field, or equivalent experience.
• JLPT N2 certification or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language education.
• Experience with the AGTC curriculum is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping students achieve their language learning goals.
