📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in Jakarta Utara.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage account teams, including sales representatives and business development managers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, account management, or a related field in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
