📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement a curriculum that aligns with national early childhood education standards and the unique needs of our students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters social-emotional development and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of tools and techniques, including observation, documentation, and standardized assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes respect for all.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on nursery or kindergarten.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPSE (Child Protection and Safety in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of national early childhood education standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing a high-quality education experience.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
