📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in Geography, History, and Sociology
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and provincial education standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Foster a love for learning and critical thinking in our students
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IPS education and incorporate new teaching strategies and technologies into the classroom
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as field trips, guest speakers, and community service projects
• Promote a positive and respectful school culture, both in and out of the classroom

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IPS or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal education setting
• Strong knowledge of the national and provincial education curriculum for IPS
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced school environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
• Valid teaching license or certification, as required by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture
